Well here is our new hobby! The redo of a 67 Shasta Compact. It isnt a restoration but rather our vision of what we would have wanted back in the day. It gives my yard sale/thrift store/flea marketing a purpose too!

This is just a way for everyone to keep up with what we are doing with it.

The kids are so excited and already driving me nuts to get it done so they can camp out in it. I think this is going to be a blast for all of us.

So stay tuned I will be updating as I go along and you never know what we might do to it!

on hold for a bit

Wwell the last few weeks have been awful! The weather is finally nice enough to work on the Shasta but now are house is having major issues! The foundation/chain wall has started to crack we started with 4 and now we are up to 9 three of which are very serious. One door has started to gap and the living room sheetrock has started to crack at the window. We put a lot of work into this house and letting it go is the hardest thing we have ever had to do but safety first and I have to believe everything happens for a reason because if it doesnt my life really sucks right now :-)
So after we pack I cant get back to my "real" work LOL still we are hoping to go to Mystic River for the vintage trailer rally there in May and I hope to have at least some of the work done. She is road worthy though so we may just go as is and hope for the best
